MEET OUR FOUNDER

TRACI GAGE

Founder & Principal Lifestyle Manager, TGage & Co.

My name is Traci Gage, and I am a gifted organizational manager & chaos coordinator. Over the last 12 years, I grew to understand the unique nuances of the life of a professional athlete, and I am passionate about delivering the same level of excellence to their personal lives that they bring to their professional careers. I find my greatest purpose in handling the infinite details of my client’s lives with the integrity and discretion that they require and expect.

Prior to building my business, I spent 13 years with the Macy’s organization, holding several successive roles in merchandising and advertising environments, including buyer, marketing and special events manager, and systems trainer. My time at Macy’s also availed me the opportunity to assume a leadership role with the African American affinity group, as well as in Partners In Time, the organization’s Corporate Social Responsibility Program. My educational background includes a BS in Fashion Merchandising from Post University and an event-planning certificate from Georgia Perimeter College.

A non-profit organization founded by NBA All-Star Carmelo Anthony, whose vision is to provide programs that will empower and inspire the less fortunate to be more than their circumstances dictate.

Expertise and leadership experience includes serving as Special Projects and Events Manager while developing relations between partner organizations and the foundation.

PLAY MAKE HER

Through peer-to-peer leadership, PLAY MAKE HER supports the advancement of women and girls interested in sports and entertainment careers, executive mentorship, and career enrichment.

Expertise and leadership experience includes serving as an Event Planning committee member involved in planning and executing events during the NFL Superbowl and NBA All-Star Weekend. This also includes researching and identifying reputable non-profit organizations as benefactors of PlayMakeHer philanthropic efforts.
